These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and use of the short-term holiday rental property - The Barn. By booking the Property, the guest agrees to comply with all terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed once the Guest has completed the booking process and payment has been processed.
1.2 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are processed immediately upon booking and can be made via Stripe or bank transfer.
1.3 Currency: Payments will be processed in Euro unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellation Within 5 Days of Arrival:

• If the Guest cancels their booking more than 5 days before the scheduled arrival date, they will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

• Cancellations made 5 days or fewer before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
  2.2 Non-Refundable Cancellation: In cases where the Guest cancels the booking within 5 days of the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be provided.
  2.3 Special Circumstances: We recommend that Guests purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events that may require a cancellation.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

3.1 Check-In Time: Check-in is available from 15:00PM on the scheduled arrival date.
3.2 Check-Out Time: Check-out must occur by 10:00AM on the scheduled departure date.
3.3 Late Check-Out: Late check-out may be possible upon request but must be confirmed in advance.

5. Use of Property

5.1 Guest Responsibility: The Guest is responsible for the proper use and care of the Property and its contents. The Guest must ensure that all guests, visitors, and occupants comply with the terms of this Agreement.
5.2 No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the Property.
5.3 No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
5.4 Noise and Disturbance: The Guest agrees to respect the peace and quiet of the surrounding neighborhood and not to cause any disturbance or nuisance.
5.5 Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay at the Property is 2. Any additional guests may incur extra charges or result in the cancellation of the booking.

6. Liability and Indemnity

6.1 Liability: The Property owner will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damage to property occurring during the Guest’s stay.
6.2 Indemnity: The Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the Guest's use of the Property.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Host reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Guest and will apply to bookings made after the change has been communicated.
9.2 Entire Agreement: This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Guest and the Host regarding the rental of the Property and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

By confirming the booking, the Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
